SS Parts Trading FZE accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within:

7 days from the date of delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

The item must be unused
The item must be in original condition
The item must be in original packaging where applicable
The customer must provide proof of purchase
The item must not be damaged, installed, modified, or used

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Used or installed parts
Damaged items caused by customer handling
Special order items
Items without original packaging
Electrical parts, unless approved by our team
Items ordered incorrectly by the customer after confirmation

Exchange

If the correct replacement item is available, we may offer an exchange. If unavailable, we may provide store credit or another suitable solution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
